Another SF RPG Offer - Mongoose 2300AD
Aug. 12th, 2024 06:16 pmThis is a new offer of the 2nd Edition Mongoose 2300AD rules, a revamp of GDW's venerable system using Mongoose Traveller rules.

Unfortunately I'm currently in Glasgow at the Worldcon and working on an iPad, and really don't want to start opening PDFs etc. I'll add more when I get back to London tomorrow night.
Update: Presentation seems to be up to the usual Mongoose standards, but it's been pointed out to me that this edition is still using a star map based on data that may be up to fifty-sixty years old, which doesn't incorporate any of the recent discoveries of explanets etc., and doesn't include the actual data it's based on, which was in the original game. However, someone has put everything together to make a web site that can generate routes for the game's stutterwarp drive, which should be useful.
