Somehow missed reading any of her stuff, even though I knew I should. I didn't realize she was also a librarian. I'm assuming you were a fan of hers. It hurts when I read about the misfortunes or death of people like Douglas Adams who gave me and others so much joy.
I didn't like everythig she wrote, but parts of A Wrinkle In Time have stuck in my head since I was 11 or so, which I think says something about the quality of her work.
