Note, I've omitted sub-headings for e.g. multiple drabble stories and fake newspaper articles. Some of these are chapters from incomplete works, I've put them in the order of their last update date. Others are from multi-author round robins, I've put them in the order of when the chapter was published:

OK, I appear to like playing in other people's sandboxes - numbers 3,4,5 and 10 are from round robins or set in universes created by other fanfic authors. I appear to like to do a small infodump if possible. Otherwise your guess is as good as mine.

Pick any story I've written, or, in the case of my longer, chaptered works, any chapter from any story I've written, and comment to this post with that selection. I will then give you the equivalent of a DVD commentary on that snippet: what I was thinking when I wrote it, why I wrote it in the first place, what's going on in the character's heads, why I chose certain words, what this moment means in the context of the rest of the fic, lots of awful puns, and anything else that you’d expect to find on a DVD commentary track.
