Grrrrrr....

A few weeks ago I made a claim for a camera lens (£16 plus P&P) that was posted to Ukraine and went missing. I just got a letter saying that Royal Mail won't pay out on it because Ukraine prohibits the import of photographic equipment. Three guesses what country just got added to the list of those I don't sell to...
