Earl of Mount Edgcumbe
Another steam train just went past - annoyingly it was on the line right next to the wall that separates my street from the railway, which obscured most of it from view, and I couldn't get a photo.
Appears to be the GWR Castle Class 4-6-0 no 5043 Earl of Mount Edgcumbe according to this site
