And today's charity shop bargain

...was a boxed set of Gossip Girl, seasons 1-3 for a fiver.

Suspect I won't find them very interesting, but if I sell them on eBay I ought to make a few quid.

Reminds me to mention that if anyone reading this is (a) in London and (b) a fan of the old series Monkey, the Age Concern shop in Praed Street has the complete run of episodes on DVD, four boxed sets at six quid a set.

OK - I walked in that way this morning.

The good news is that I got the lot for £12.

The bad news is that the reason I got the price reduced was that disk 1 (episodes 01 to 04) is missing. They're also fairly obviously well-used, but I don't think scuffed badly enough to cause problems.

If you're OK with that send me a personal message with your address and I'll try to get them in the post tomorrow - if not don't sweat it, I'll sell them on ebay.
