Umm..

Not sure why I wanted to do this, but I think it's fun...

Fabulous work,
I want to see the soup dragon too! :-)

But the soup dragon stays underground, it wouldn't be authentic!

There is a very good "Moon Landings Were Fake" site somewhere, which is itself a spoof. One of the proofs they offer is a blow up of the reflection in a spaceman's helmet, where a clanger can be seen.

Incidentally, if anyone has one of those whistling clanger soft toys, the sample they use is the first thing you ever hear a clanger say, from Major Clanger in episode 1. Unfortunately what he's saying is "Oh sod it, the bloody door's stuck again!"

Clanger scripts had to go to the censors before they were translated into whistles apparently. And wasn't the Master watching the clangers in a Pertwee episode of Dr. Who?

"And wasn't the Master watching the clangers in a Pertwee episode of Dr. Who?"

The Sea-Devils. He's watching the show and taking notes of the whistles, trying to translate their language. It's a priceless moment in a great story. Roger Delgado kicked bottom like a man with big shoes.
