My home phone line and internet are down - looks like a problem with the line or exchange but I'm not sure what. I'm on line via my sister's BT account, so email is OK, but no phone for now. Hopefully it'll be fixed ASAP.

Needless to say this has happened the same day I bought the online media viewer gizmo, which I won't be able to test (when it arrives) without broadband...

I haven't spoken to anyone human, just an automated system. I'm hoping it'll be fixed before the weekend, if not I will borrow a phone that gets free calls to their help line and raise hell.
