One of my Forgotten Futures adventures had a lot of aliens in it. When I was play-testing I used variations on that phrase every time an alien was talking:
(hostile sentry) - Klatu! Baradu nickto! (gestures with weapon)
(lovingly) - Oh Klatuuuuu! Klatu baradu....
and so forth. As one of the players said, "Obviously a language of few words but many subtle meanings."
