(no subject)

A new petition that could do with signatures: "Keep the promise of £350 million for our NHS," aimed at Farage, Boris, and Gove. Possibly worth signing if you're in the UK:

http://38d.gs/293LvX8

They will ask you to contribute funds, but you can close the page if you don't want to.

They lied about that. Farage has already started backtracking on what he meant by it; expect Johnson to do the same once he's got the Tory leadership. Better to get behind a campaign to stop this ship hitting the rocks before it's too late.

There will be no NHS if this goes through. The SNP is lying through it's teeth about maintaining the health service in Scotland if Independence happens and once Cameron is out any pretence of keeping what's left of the NHS out of private hands will end.

Is Farage on the hook for that one, properly? I thought he'd said that he never endorsed it and considered it a mistake. Was he saying something different earlier on?

I think so - he's such a two-faced git it's difficult to keep tabs on all the bullshit.

To be fair, the campaign came up with that promise, not Farange. He's just an MEP, and wouldn't have the authority.

That's the account I'd seen of it. Thanks.
