I've occasionally come across references to an episode of the Highlander TV series featuring an immortal kid called Kenny.

I always assumed that it was a South Park joke. I was wrong. Highlander Season 3 episode 7, if you were wondering. Count me as extremely boggled...

Kenny shows up in a couple of episodes. Turns out he's nearly as old as Amanda, and has been using his little boy lost routine to suck in Immortals and take their heads for a long time.

The trouble was that in the UK Highlander used to be shown at something like 1 AM on a channel that was notorious for cancelling and changing the day and time of shows. I saw about two thirds of the first series, half of the second, and maybe a third of the third, after that I think they cancelled it.

We managed to watch most of all six seasons, one way or another. I'm now springing for the R1 DVDs as and when I can...

I've now got the first four seasons, making my way through S3 and keeping an eye out for bargains on the last two seasons.
