DVD in a charity shop for £2.99!

They were slipping!
When I was running a charity bookshop, we caught all the higher value DVDs and priced them accordingly. We'd probably have put upto a tenner on that.

It's only a tenner in Waitrose now, so that might be a bit high. But I was VERY surprised to get it so cheap so soon.
