Not good news....

My youngest niece, her husband and their two kids have all got covid, probably brought home from school by the kids. Apparently it isn't particularly bad so far, and they're all a lot younger than me, but really not good news. It looks like the epidemic really isn't in a hurry to go away.

Fortunately (if that's the right word) I had a message to get my booster shot today, and am booked for Thursday morning.

My sister was telling me yesterday that several of her friends have just gone down with it. Ironically, they think they all got it attending a funeral which my sister and her partner missed as they were out of the country.
