BSG thought (4.07 spoiler)

Just occurred to me that although we see Baltar several times in this episode, we don't (unless I missed it) see his imaginary no. 6 at any point, except possibly in the shared dream. Not sure if it's significant, since they packed a lot into the episode, but maybe.

Yes, it could be that, but I'm wondering if there is another explanation, e.g. proximity to the final five screws things up in some way.

I've wondered about that too. Perhaps Baltar is on the path to fulfilling his final destiny and no longer needs Six's guidance.
