Laserdiscs and Domesday Machines

I recently updated my eBay UK guide to laserdisc players

http://reviews.ebay.co.uk/Laserdisc-Players-and-Laserdiscs-Formats-and-Features_W0QQugidZ10000000001285055

and realised that I'd forgotten to say anything about one of the strangest and most ambitious laserdisc systems - the old BBC-based Domesday Machine.

So I've written another guide for that, based on everything I could remember about using the things (which turned out to be less than I thought); unfortunately eBay won't allow external links and I didn't want to strip mine other sites for details, so it's ended up a bit brief. In particular, I find I can remember virtually nothing about the RM Nimbus-based version, which generally seems to get little coverage. Anyone able to suggest anything I should add?

Domesday Project surely. I do hope no-one is looking for a Doomsday Machine on Ebay!

It's what a lot of people called them. And if you enter the search string "Doomsday Machine" on eBay you'll find quite a few results!
