Freesat in Czech Republic?

One of my colleagues at work is moving back to the Czech Republic and would like to continue watching British TV. Is she likely to be able to watch the Freesat channels there? Or is there another satellite service for the region that includes British channels?

Looking at the site this seems to inidcate he can get the multiplexs on Eurobird 1, but not those on Astra 2D
