I assume the eyepatch moment is the big spoiler to which you refer?

After the lengths they went to before to keep RIver Songs identity a secret, I'd be surprised if they've let that major a spoiler leak out in the teaser trailer. But maybe it's just an FU to the spoiler fans, now it's out officially, it can't be spoiled.

I hope not though, I like to be surprised by things. And if that eyepatch means what it appears to mean, then surely that's a major spoiler.
