...or does the Harry Potter wizarding world make a lot more sense if it's actually a Reserve (an enclave of brainwashed volunteers) in the Transmetropolitan universe?
The only way I've been able to see the ludicrous Harry Potter wizarding world as making any sense at all is to treat it as part of your 'Diana: Warrior Princess' universe. I'm not familiar with 'Transmetropolitan' but from a quick Google I'd say that your idea would fit almost equally well.
