One Star...

Someone has written a reveiw of Diana: Warrior Princess on Amazon and given it one star. I should be annoyed, but the review appears to come from someone so totally clueless that it's cheered me up immensely. Yes, you guessed it, he thought he was buying a Princess Di book to add to his collection of "over 500".

I'm not going to quote it, despite great temptation, because it needs to be read as a whole. It's absolutely hilarious.

That is classic. Marvellous. I can't believe he didn't get more out of the game...

There are simply some people who get nothing out of games. I can only feel sorry for them.

And to think I gave up my Valentine Day dinner out treat to game.

Now that's funny. How on earth do people that dumb ever survive to adulthood? It's time to start culling the herd I tell you!

BTW, while I'm here, thanks for the Christmas card. We'd have sent you one, but we ran into a problem: I'm a lazy, thoughtless, tight-fisted git :-)

And I had Matt to deliver the card so I didn't have to pay postage. Think it evens out.

Pathetic

Not the review mind, because as you said, it was fairly amusing. Rather, the pathetic bit comes in where he talks about owning over 500 books about Diana.

Yeesh.

Obsessed much?

I get the impression he's a conspiracy theorist. Whatever, he definitely needs to get a life.

Now, he talks about a Kennedy-RPG. Maybe a companion product to the Diana game? *g* A Hercules for your Xena?

Well, the main adventure is about a certain president Kenny, and has the title "Diana Does Dallas," so there's something to offend everyone there, I think.

If there's a sequel it'll probably be based on one of the campaign outlines in the Diana book; Elvis, The Legendary Tours is most likely.

Is it wrong to be scared that people like that are allowed to breed?

Oh, Goddess...

Someone thought it was about Princess Diana with a subtitle like "Warrior Princess"?

This reminds me of the stupidity of people like the Mississippi DMV who, a few years ago, were sued by the heirs of General Hooker because they wanted their family name on their license plate and the state said it was a "slang term related to illegal activity"...

This is hysterical... (Idiots serve a wonderful and sacred purpose in the universe - they give everyone else something to laugh at.)
