One Star...

Someone has written a reveiw of Diana: Warrior Princess on Amazon and given it one star. I should be annoyed, but the review appears to come from someone so totally clueless that it's cheered me up immensely. Yes, you guessed it, he thought he was buying a Princess Di book to add to his collection of "over 500".
I'm not going to quote it, despite great temptation, because it needs to be read as a whole. It's absolutely hilarious.

Date: 2004-02-13 03:23 pm (UTC)BTW, while I'm here, thanks for the Christmas card. We'd have sent you one, but we ran into a problem: I'm a lazy, thoughtless, tight-fisted git :-)

Date: 2004-02-13 06:13 pm (UTC)Someone thought it was about Princess Diana with a subtitle like "Warrior Princess"?
This reminds me of the stupidity of people like the Mississippi DMV who, a few years ago, were sued by the heirs of General Hooker because they wanted their family name on their license plate and the state said it was a "slang term related to illegal activity"...
