Does this description work?

For the Tooth and Claw RPG:

If I describe a What-The-Butler-Saw machine "film" as "A Bollywood epic without sound and shown in one-minute segments" what comes to mind?

Wait — are you aware that Jared Sorensen already has a little RPG called Tooth & Claw (http://www.memento-mori.com/other/)?

As it happens no. Since I'm basing it on the novel by Jo Walton I don't have much choice about the title. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I've sent him a message.

Very bright, chaotic, and a lot of crowd shots with everyone's lips moving in unison. :-)

OK, that sounds about right.

Really nothing, I'm afraid. I can't imagine a Bollywood epic without singing and dancing.

My reaction was "silent dancing", but I imagine there would be one minute plot scenes between dancing. (And sometimes the same minute would be reused in different stories where it could be fitted to save money, but that's speculation, not based on the description.)
