Quick question for biologists

Does Aeresobiota seem a good name for the Martian plant-animal kingdom of Weinbaum's stories?

Ares is Greek, AE is a Latin letter combo. That's frowned upon in nomenclature until people starting loosening up in the 60s and 70s(*). Areobiota would be right, I think.

(*)At which point they stopped using strictly Greek and Latin and would be likelier to reference Tolkien and The Far Side anyway.

Thanks - I had a feeling I was getting it wrong, but I'm not very good at Latin or Greek.

I had the same suspicion but no etymological basis for it.
