Weird but true - I was a bit boggled to discover yesterday that I'm the first reviewer quoted in the Wikipedia article on GURPS, more so that I completely underestimated the system in my 1986 White Dwarf review...

A note for anyone who might be considering this: Thaumatology is by far the best part of this offer. It's a sourcebook for creating custom magic systems, and does the job well.
