Heraldic description?

I wanted to create a flag for Tiamath, and came up with this:

If anyone reading this knows anything about heraldry, a description in heraldic terms would be useful. Basically, a dragon flying over mountains.

Is 'big pointy teeth' a technical sort of heraldic term?

Um... while I like the idea of the mag, I'm not sure that comment spamming is the best way to build up your readership.

I apologize I had intended to just include that note that we've mentioned FF X. I accidentally hit "post comment" before editing. I am sincerly sorry for cluttering your page, sir.

It's not a huge problem.

Pedantically, classic heraldry tries to emulate a more static, non action look, however that would deal with the style of drawing and not the blazon.

Azure, a dragon rousant proper, mountain of three peaks argent in base.

Or in english;

Blue (background), a dragon rising (in natural colour) with a mountain of three peaks at the bottomed coloured silver (white technically).

Grey is not commonly used as a colour, and I'm not a heraldry geek enough to figure it out, so I cheated by calling it silver. Silver is commonly shown as white thought.

Oh yeah, the Victorians ignored all the rules.

It would have to be 'silver' anyway given that, in clasic heraldry you shouldn't blazon a colour on a colour. For that reason I'd probably describe the dragon as Or (gold).

Runs off to find Boutelle.

Yes, the dragon was supposed to be coppery gold.

Thanks - the dragon is supposed to be coppery-gold, but that's great.
