Heraldic description?

I wanted to create a flag for Tiamath, and came up with this:



If anyone reading this knows anything about heraldry, a description in heraldic terms would be useful. Basically, a dragon flying over mountains.

Thanks - the dragon is supposed to be coppery-gold, but that's great.
