Highlander: Five Deaths That Never Happened to Kenny the Immortal

At the moment this isn't much more than a vague outline in my head - one of the others will be BtVS, and the last one will, of course, be South Park, but suggestions for the other two will be gratefully received.

Later: I've also got a Stargate plot, so just one more needed.
