The Police Code update

I'm slowly working my way through this and got to the section on "Descriptions", which has a long example of how to write up the description of a fugitive.

The only way I could get this to work was to make it a block of preformatted text inside a table. Does it look OK, or should I think again?

Looks okay to me. Rather official looking. Which I assume is the purpose.

You can't easily get things like the lines of dots to match up without using preformatted text. The snag is that preformatting works because it uses a fixed width font that doesn't use kerning etc., and looks a bit odd in a page of normal text.
