Back in the dawn of time I had a simple Windows CE GPS program for an ipaq that gave you various bits of data such as coordinates, altitude, what satellites were used to get the data. etc. It WASN'T a moving map or satnav program, and it was pretty tiny, well under a meg. It wss VERY good for showing students how GPS works.

Can anyone point me at anything like this for Linux? Or for Mac? Needs to support a Bluetooth GPS receiver.
