...after the initial two part episode, was actually surprisingly good.

It focused almost exclusively on Alan aboard Thunderbird 3, Lady Penelope and Parker, and was funny despite Alan's life being in danger for much of the story. There were a few problems, most notably their sheer inability to depict space manoeuvering convincingly, but even so it was an improvement on the opening episodes and worked well enough that I wasn't too bothered by the implausibilities of the animation. I'll watch at least one more episode on the strength of it.

Mildly amusing. I do wish they'd got better voice actors though. The original series tended to drag, but the new one rather rushed some stages. Perhaps this reflects my age between the 2 shows.

I did like that the animation struggled with anyone walking!

Because they are rushing it, some things that ought to be a little slow and ponderous that aren't, e.g. Thunderbird 2 and some of the other big machines. That's my big problem with it, the sense of scale and mass isn't there at all, not even shown as well as it was in the original series.

Among the ridiculously unrealistic things was the amount of physical archive delving (including getting there and all the subsequent setbacks) one can achieve during a bomb countdown of considerably less than half an hour (ie after the initial googling). Also the time for crossing what ought to be the sheer amount of space in space.

Fab 1 can fly in this series, which sort of explains some of that, but I agree it's a bit silly.
