One of the new add-ons for the free space game Oolite puts video advertising boards on some of the space stations, advertising spaceships, weird alien foods, etc. I think this one has to be my favourite so far:

There are a lot of fun ones in that add-on, e.g. in communist systems you sometimes see ads for a TV series called "Droogs"

I've seen this many times - for example, a lot of London taxis have computer-animated advertising screens on their roofs, I think I've seen nearly as many of them with a blue screen of death as with the ads working.
