The deadline for getting on the electoral register if you want to vote in the EU referendum has been extended to midnight tomorrow. No doubt hundreds of people will still be trying at one second to midnight, since there are a lot of idiots around, but if you actually want to vote and haven't already registered I'd suggest trying ASAP.

No, the executable is a search program, I should have said - you just copy the whole directory into a subdirectory off C e.g. C:\ffcd7, run the readme HTML page in the top level to see how it all works. It's basically a web site on a disk.
