Weird crossover ideas I will probably never write part 25254...

...Starship Troopers (original novel) / NCIS, with Team Gibbs as the military's crack investigative team (in the ST universe they're probably all the services, not just navy), assigned to some crime related to the odd setup in Starship Troopers - e.g. someone notices that the casualty rate at the Mobile Infantry training base is falling, is the commander making conditions too easy for the troops? Are enough recruits being flogged?

Please take this if you can use it, a credit would be nice.

Bonus points for getting McGee into MI armour (Jetpack!!!), Ziva and Gibbs with seriously heavy firepower, etc.
