Spider-man to be in Captain America 3

Pointed out by dsample on another site: Thanks to a deal between Marvel and Sony, a future Marvel film, which seems likely to be the next Captain America movie, will include Spider-man.

Now if they can do a similar deal for the X-Men we might start to see an Avengers lineup a little more like the comics!
