The idea is to grow your own server farm, add more hardware, deal with cyber attacks, etc.
Can't help wondering if this is the NSA or GCHQ outsourcing cyberwarfare...
They're trying to raise 100,000 Euros which seems to be a bit on the optimistic side; so far a bit over 5000.
