Another strange eBay sale

Someone in Korea bid 20p over my £2.99 starting price for a dead Mac keyboard I was selling. The snag is that you can't send dead kit via eBay's global shipping program, and postage is going to be £17.00

So far he hasn't paid. I have a feeling this will end in another cancelled sale.
