Again referring back to the previous offer, I said "This isn't one I feel particularly attracted to, but it looks like you get a lot of stuff for your money including an entire revolutionary war campaign and lots of monsters. I think it's reasonable value, and it's supporting a worthwhile cause, but as usual your mileage may vary." This time you're getting even more stuff, so I think that still stands.

I think that the problem here for me is that it's drawing on some very USA-specific tropes that don't have the same resonance for players outside the USA. Repeatedly offering it around Independence Day highlights this even more - it's just not a big deal to me, if I was still working it wouldn't even be a holiday. This is one where a big part of your varying mileage will depend on your country, origin, patriotism, etc., and for fairly obvious reasons I'm really not the target audience.
