Revived from December 2018, this offer presents the 1986 First Edition of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, the atmospheric FRPG originally published by Games Workshop and now available from Cubicle 7 Entertainment. WFRP 1E is set in the Old World, a striking pseudo-European, Renaissance-level low-fantasy setting of corruption and superstition, betrayal and butchery, and insidious, encroaching Chaos. This bargain-priced collection gives you everything you need to start adventuring in this grim world of perilous adventure. This revival has an all-new companion offer, WFRP 1E Sorcery, with the Realms of Sorcery supplement and the 1990 Flame Publications Doomstones campaign.
We provide each ebook complete in .PDF (Portable Document Format). Like all Bundle of Holding titles, these books have NO DRM (Digital Restrictions Management), and our customers are entitled to move them freely among all their devices.
Ten percent of each purchase (after gateway fees) of these two Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay offers goes to the charity chosen by Cubicle 7 owner Dominic McDowall, the CMRF Crumlin children's hospital. CMRF (Children's Medical Research Foundation) Crumlin is a pediatric research hospital in Dublin, Ireland. Each year at least 120,000 children attend Crumlin for critical care and support.
The total retail value of the titles in this offer is US$80. Customers who pay just US$11.95 get all three titles in this offer's Starter Collection (retail value $30) as DRM-free .PDF ebooks (all $10 apiece retail), including the complete 385-page Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay First Edition core rulebook plus the two city supplements Marienburg: Sold Down the River and Middenheim: City of Chaos.

This isn't a game I particularly like, largely because I'm not a big fan of the chaos-death-spiky bits school of fantasy, and it's now fairly old - the rules were first published in 1986 and derive heavily from the earlier wargame. I tend to prefer settings and genres that don't revolve around body counts, and I've never been entirely happy with the racist overtones implied by the "taint" of chaos. But if you enjoyed the Warhammer board games and want to play with individual characters this may be the game for you.
