Another Horror Bundle - Teeth
Oct. 21st, 2024 06:48 pmAnother horror offer in the run-up to Halloween - this is an all-new offer of the RPG Teeth, a game of occult crime, weird horror and conspiracies in 18th century Britain, described as "A grotesque tragicomic meld of Blackadder and The Witcher" which draws on sources including Buffy, Blackadder, Jane Austen, and other horror and comedy resources, and uses the well-regarded Forged in the Dark rules.

This looks interesting and is very well presented, and for once the internal illustrations are small and monochrome which means that you could theoretically print out the whole lot without seriously breaking the bank. It seems to lend itself to an episodic "monster of the week" style of play which may not be to everyone's taste, and adds in an element of eventual inescapable doom ("Doom, Doom, DOOM, I say!"*) to pump the angst up to 11. But it looks to be playable and has some fun ideas to drive the plot, and there's a lot of material to get your teeth into (sorry...)
