This is a repeat offer of the Dracula Dossier Bundle, featuring a horror-espionage campaign by Kenneth Hite and Gareth Ryder-Hanrahan for Night's Black Agents from Pelgrane Press:

In 2017 I said "I mentioned this to a friend who is more familiar with the system who tells me "Good stuff too, if you don’t mind the system and a whole lot of improvising" - my feeling here is that this will appeal especially to those who are already familiar with Night's Black Agents and/or Gumshoe, or are prepared for a fairly steep learning curve (or can adapt it to systems they prefer on the fly). On the whole I probably won't be running this - one of the campaigns I outlined for Forgotten Futures IX was a military vampire-hunting setting based loosely on Dracula and I'd probably go back to that if I wanted to do more with vampires. But it looks like a reasonably good deal, depending on how much of it you already own, if your interests go that way. Recommended, but all usual cautions and disclaimers apply"
I think that this still applies - if I wanted to role play in anything like this setting I'd probably use familiar rules in preference to a system I'm not sure I fully understand. But if you're familiar with the Gumshoe and/or Night's Black Agents it's definitely worth a look.
