Finland

Trying to sort myself out to go to the worldcon in Finland this summer. I've sent in my passport for renewal and just heard that there are no problems, so I ought to get it back pretty quickly. Now I need to see about a room and travel.

The hotel that looks most reasonable is Hotelli AVA in Helsinki, which is within my budget and if I'm reading things right is about three miles from the convention centre. Does anyone know a better option? Or any reason why it isn't a good choice?

If it's the same Hotelli Ava I've seen, it's more like one mile from the convention centre than three!

Excellent! I must have got the map wrong. I think that looks like my best bet, just need to work out some sums.
