I think I'd better pass on this one - I never re-watched the series and really don't remember much apart from lusting after Servelan.

Big cast, assuming you mean Galactica 2004, but let's see...

my favorite female character Laura Roslin - a lot of development in her story, not all of it good, and a few moments that really show why politics and survival situations can be a very good or very bad combination.
my favorite male character Gaius Baltar - the road to hell is paved with not entirely good intentions.
my favorite book/season/etc. S1, I think, before the plot got ridiculously messy.
my favorite episode (if it's a TV show) 33. Grim doesn't begin to describe the decisions they have to make.
my favorite cast member - Grace Park, very versatile in her different roles.
my favorite ship Ignoring Galactica? OK,I think it has to be Baltar / No. 6, up there with Spike and Dru for weirdness...
a character I'd die for put a reasonable amount of effort into defending - Romo Lampkin, Baltar's defending attorney.
a character I just can't sympathize with - Ellen Tigh, not sure why.
a character I grew to love - Dr. Cottle, a malpractice suit waiting to happen.
my anti-OTP - Adama / Roslin. Not sure why, it really doesn't work for me.

Tough one - OK...

my favorite female character - Has to be Pepper, I think. She doesn't take crap from anyone.
my favorite male character - Crowley, of course. He's the only "adult" in the story who has his act together and actually enjoys life most of the time.
my favorite book/season/etc. - N/A
my favorite episode (if it's a TV show) - N/A
my favorite cast member - Aziraphale, if I can't have Crowley again.
my favorite ship - Has to be Newt / Anathema given the age and/or nature of the other characters.
a character I'd die for put a reasonable amount of effort into defending - Crimson. Probably with a sword in my gut...
a character I just can't sympathize with - Shadwell; he's built his life on a career of persecuting people.
a character I grew to love - Sister Mary Loquacious. We don't see a lot of her, but she's always fun.
my anti-OTP - Adam / Pepper. Really can't see that one working, even when they're old enough.

my favorite female character - Sam Carter, of course.
my favorite male character - Teal'c - you can tell that most of the time he's thinking that he's working with idiots.
my favorite book/season/etc. - not sure, sorry
my favorite episode (if it's a TV show) - 2010, a very nasty AU
my favorite cast member - Amanda Tapping, who really did a good job of portraying such a multi-talented character.
my favorite ship - Danial Jackson / Vala. Who else?
a character I'd die for put a reasonable amount of effort into defending - Janet Fraiser, just a really good doctor.
a character I just can't sympathize with - Kinsey, naturally.
a character I grew to love - Thor.
my anti-OTP - Jack / Sam. I know it's repeatedly implied, I just can't see it working.
