This one's the Elvisverse version of a train. Nothing too unusual really...

People seem to think steam is romantic...

I was wrong to say that the effect tool I used on the previous picture and this was dry brush, incidentally; it's a coloured pencil tool, though applied to a monochrome picture.

As always comments would be appreciated.

This is just neat. As in, something I'd hang on my wall, though I doubt that was your intention. Framed in a nice black and white mat, would look smashing.

The relative positions of cab and funnel don't look right. The cab of a steam locomotive is behind the boiler for sound engineering reasons and a front cab would involve enormous complications.

This game world doesn't work on sound engineering principles - It's our world given the Xena treatment, regardless of plausibility, by scriptwriters with little or no grasp of accuracy. For example, their version of a cellphone is a black box with big antennae, a dial, and a jacob's ladder effect on the aerials. So when they want to use a train in the show they look at crumbling old pictures, say "Trains run on steam, there ought to be a chimney for it", and add one to the CGI (or whatever the 45th century equivalent is).

Actually, thinking about it, there really ought to be two or three chimneys, on the "more is better" principle of crap TV design.
