More phone fun

ffuturesForgot to say that I got the SIM for my mobile on Saturday, but it came with a temporary phone number, should get my old one back tomorrow once they've migrated it.
Which made it a bit annoying when I bought something on line today and PayPal insisted on extra verification. Three or four rounds of
"did you receive our text?"
"no"
"would you like to try another method of verification?"
"Yes"
"did you receive our text?"
before they offered an actual alternative method and called my land line. After that it was OK but it was annoying before I got to that point.
