Resin 3D printing?

ffuturesDoes anyone reading this in the UK have access to resin 3D printing gear? I've found 3D models for Wallace and Gromit but to get them to the right scale for the spaceship and for RPG figures generally would mean very high resolution printing, which filament printing apparently can't handle.
Wallace - presumably would need to be about 28mm tall
