Sam surfing the pipes

Noticed Sam (who is now about 5ft) soaking some warmth from the overhead light in a length of 2" perspex pipe I have hung up in his vivarium. Except that he's now four times the length of the tube, so most of him was still in the ceramic pipe at floor level...

How adorable. I love snakes, but I also have cats, and since I would not want one of my housemates to become another's dinner...sigh. I may see if I can make that an icon, and you should send it to cuteoverload.com.

I like cats too, but I live in an upper floor flat and it wouldn't be fair to keep one without access to the garden.
