Date: 2007-07-19 11:58 pm (UTC)I wouldn't be suprised if she was just fulfilling her 7 book contract and then didn't write anything else for ages. She's already mentioned she _might_ write a Harry Potter universe with the characters as 20 somethings (notice, I don't say specifically which characters as I can't remember if she did and so have nowhere near enough of an idea for this to be a spoiler)
It'd kind of make sense because much like the Matrix trilogy, carrying on past her first idea could just end up proving that she really isn't that special and just lucked out on the right idea at the right time. If that happened it could even damage her existing money stream...
