Wow, I don't have sound here at work but it still looks great! I will definitely rent or buy it on dvd (I don't go to the movie theater any more). Thanks to introducing me to it through your wonderful story. One of these days I must hunt down the original.

Warner Brothers used to market a set of the first four on DVD, which was by far the cheapest way to get them:

The Belles of St. Trinian's
Blue Murder at St. Trinian's
The Pure Hell of St. Trinian's
The Great St. Trinian's Train Robbery

It's still available, but it's region 2 - don't think they ever sold it for other regions.

They didn't include the fifth film, presumably because it was dreadful. This new one looks like it's going to be a lot better, with a Flash Harry that ought to work and adequate amounts of anarchy.

Hmm, I don't recall ever seeing those movies on an American channel, which is a shame. I guess there could be a niche market for an TCM or AMC type channel for movies that have never played on US tv.
