So I now have two stories nominated for best comedy - I suppose that in theory I should game it and ask everyone to vote for the one that seems most likely to win, but I have no idea which one that is. Probably Dead Trouble, since The Right Technology is nominated in other categories, but I'm more inclined to leave it for the fans (if any) to decide.

I don't think that Dead Trouble is overtly funny enough to qualify as Best Comedy - The Right Technology is much funnier - but it certainly deserves to be in there somewhere. Luckily, some nameless Kzin has nominated it as Best Harry Potter Crossover so that gives it another shot.

If you're inclined to game the system, strategically refusing nominations is a much more effective tactic than asking people not to vote for a given story. I bet jrabbit will let you change your mind about any you've already accepted.
