My memory works in strange ways...

I was thinking about the Clangers (as one does) and found myself remembering something vaguely like them, except that the aliens were nasty. All I coukd remember was the word "Shaddock", which turns out to be the wrong spelling. So I looked in Wikipedia and eventually found Les Shadoks.

I think I must have seen maybe one or two episodes in the English translation in 1973. Weird that I still remember them at all...
