Getting romantic

When I get home I'll be working on the chapter I've decided to call Love and Rockets, e.g. romantic plots / subplots.

I want at least one illo, and I'm thinking Cupid firing a spaceship from his bow. Anyone got any suggestions on copyright-free illustrations of Cupid that will reproduce reasonably well at a smallish size?

If anyone can point me at any appropriately romantic SF illustrations that are definitely out of copyright in the EU (e.g. artist dead at least 70 years) that would be good too.

Later Found something in the clip art that came with Micrographyx Draw, converted it considerably, to the point that the original image was just a rough template for what I ended up with. Remember that this will be small on the page...

I think I like the curve in the first one, though perhaps it doesn't make sense as an arrow-analogy. Depending on how small it's going, I prefer the understated starfield in the first as well; the second one looks a little busy.

The problem with the first one is that it prints really badly. What I may do is take out a lot of the stars on the second and make the rest a bit bigger so they print more clearly.
